Bemerii, the premium ice cream brand under Camerry, envisioned a flagship concept store adjacent to their corporate office and factory on a compact 2.5-cent plot. The challenge was to design a visually striking yet cost-effective space that could serve as a replicable model for future expansion across the country. The goal was to create a landmark destination that not only showcased their diverse range of products in a contemporary café format but also delivered a memorable customer experience. Balancing aesthetics, budget constraints, and scalability, the design team crafted a concept that seamlessly blended artistic appeal with functionality.

Inspired by Cubist architecture, the design embraced geometric forms, fragmented perspectives, and dynamic spatial interplay to create a visually engaging and inviting space. A bold, multi-perspective entrance encouraged exploration, while an open layout fostered interaction and a sense of community. The cafe’s modular design allowed for easy replication across different locations, ensuring brand consistency. Key elements included dedicated display zones that presented ice cream flavors as culinary art, varied seating arrangements that played with volume and perspective, and a mezzanine level accessed via a spiral staircase, enhancing the spatial experience. Material selection prioritized durability and sustainability, incorporating locally sourced materials where possible.

The project was completed within four months, thanks to a highly collaborative approach between the design team, branding experts, contractors, and Bemerii’s operations team. A carefully curated four-tone color palette reinforced brand identity, while strategic lighting and merchandising enhanced the overall ambiance. The flagship store not only fulfilled the client’s vision but also set a new benchmark for ice cream café design, offering an immersive, experience that extended brand engagement beyond the physical space.
